Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it is at the right temperature for baking the stuffed chicken breasts evenly.
- Prepare Chicken: Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast without slicing all the way through to create space for the stuffing.
- Stuff Chicken: Spoon the prepared stuffing mix into each chicken breast pocket, filling it generously. Secure the opening with toothpicks to keep the stuffing inside during baking.
- Season and Oil: Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over them for moisture and rub paprika evenly on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked, juices run clear, and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
