- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Boil the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey (or sugar), sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well to create a smooth sauce.
- Heat the pan: Place a pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil, allowing it to warm up before adding other ingredients.
- Toss noodles with sauce: Add the cooked noodles to the pan, then pour in the prepared gochujang sauce. Stir and toss the noodles thoroughly to ensure even coating and heat through for a few minutes.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, then serve immediately while hot.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach, or proteins such as chicken or tofu to enhance the dish.
- Adjust the amount of gochujang or honey to control the spice and sweetness according to your preference.
