Filling

Wrap
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Cooking spray or oil, as needed
Instructions
- Prepare the Tortilla: Lay one large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface to begin assembling the wrap.
- Layer the Ingredients: In the center of the tortilla, evenly layer the diced cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa, building your desired amount of each ingredient.
- Fold the Wrap: Carefully fold the tortilla into a hexagonal shape, bringing the edges up and over the filling to create a secure wrap, making sure the filling is enclosed.
- Cook the Wrap: Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or a small amount of oil. Place the folded wrap seam side down on the skillet. Cook until the tortilla is golden brown and crisp on the bottom, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and Finish Cooking: Using a spatula, carefully flip the wrap over and cook the other side until it’s equally golden and the cheese inside has melted, another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve: Remove the wrap from the skillet and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.

- You can substitute cooked rotisserie chicken or leftover grilled chicken to save time.
- For extra crunch, add crushed tortilla chips inside the wrap before folding.
