Ingredients

Base Layer

  • 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375 °F (190 °C) to ensure it reaches the proper temperature for baking the casserole evenly.
  2. Prepare egg mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Layer ingredients: Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread the thawed hash browns evenly across the bottom of the dish, then sprinkle the crumbled cooked bacon over the hash browns. Next, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
