Ingredients
Broccoli Trees:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
Carrot Trees:
- ½ cup carrot sticks
Cucumber Trees:
- ½ cup cucumber slices
For Serving:
- ½ cup hummus
- Pretzel sticks (optional, as trunks)
Instructions
- Arrange veggies on a plate into tree shapes. Place broccoli florets, carrot sticks, and cucumber slices in tree shapes on a serving plate.
- Use pretzel sticks as trunks. Insert pretzel sticks at the base of each veggie tree to act as trunks.
- Serve with hummus for dipping. Place the hummus in a bowl alongside the veggie trees for dipping.
