  • Total Time: 25–33 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 package (about 9 oz) refrigerated cheese or meat ravioli

1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 large eggs, beaten

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cooking spray

Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

Place flour in one shallow bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in a third.

Coat each ravioli first in flour, then dip into eggs, and finally coat in breadcrumb mixture.

Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray coated ravioli with cooking spray, place in a single layer in the basket, and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place coated ravioli on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray, and bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.

Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
