Soft, golden rolls bursting with melty cheese, tangy marinara, and your favorite pizza toppings—perfect for parties, snacks, or quick dinners.

  • Total Time: 27 minutes
  • Yield: 12 rolls

Ingredients

1 package refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

1/4 cup chopped bell peppers

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

Cut into 12 equal squares.

Place about 1 teaspoon of sauce, 1 tablespoon of mozzarella, and a few pepperoni slices (plus any veggies) in the center of each square.

Pull the corners of the dough together and pinch to seal tightly into a ball.

Arrange the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Brush tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and cheese is bubbling inside.

Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
