Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, rinsed & dried
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Toss chickpeas with oil and spices.
- Roast 25–30 min until crisp, shaking halfway.
