  • Total Time: 1 hour
  • Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted sweet cream butter, softened

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

2 tsp baking powder

1 cup marshmallow cream

1 cup Hershey chocolate chips

1 cup Hershey chocolate chunks

1 ½ cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prep a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick baking spray.

Make the Dough: In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth.

Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, and baking powder until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a dough forms. Press about ½ of the dough into the prepared pie dish.

Add Marshmallow Cream: Spread the marshmallow cream evenly on top of the dough.

Add Chocolate and Marshmallows: Sprinkle chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, and 1 cup of mini marshmallows over the marshmallow cream.

Top the Pie: Press the remaining dough over the s’mores mixture. Sprinkle more mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the top.

Bake: Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream for an extra indulgent treat.

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute before serving again.
