Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:

  • 12 oz steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Pasta and Sauce:

  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Reserved pasta water, as needed

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve pasta water.
  2. Prepare the Steak Bites: Season steak, then sear in olive oil until browned. Set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic in butter, then add cream and Parmesan. Season and simmer.
  4. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss pasta in the sauce, adjusting consistency with pasta water if needed.
  5. Serve: Plate pasta, top with steak bites, and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
