Ingredients
For the Steak Bites:
- 12 oz steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon), cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Pasta and Sauce:
- 8 oz shell pasta
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Reserved pasta water, as needed
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve pasta water.
- Prepare the Steak Bites: Season steak, then sear in olive oil until browned. Set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic in butter, then add cream and Parmesan. Season and simmer.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss pasta in the sauce, adjusting consistency with pasta water if needed.
- Serve: Plate pasta, top with steak bites, and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
