Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400 °F (200 °C) for 3–5 minutes.
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to work in batches).
Cook shrimp for 6–8 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until pink and crispy at the edges.
Transfer shrimp back to the bowl, drizzle with lemon juice, and toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately—great alongside rice, salad, tacos, or as a standalone appetizer.
