Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 1 cup shredded coconut or mini marshmallows
- ½ cup holiday sprinkles or crushed candy
- ½ cup white or dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits, sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut or mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips if using. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated and form a sticky mixture.
- Press Mixture into Pan: Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the pan and press it down firmly and evenly with the back of a spoon or your hands to create a compact layer.
- Add Toppings: Evenly sprinkle holiday-themed sprinkles or crushed candy over the top of the pressed mixture, gently pressing them in so they adhere to the surface.
- Chill to Set: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or until the mixture is firm and set, making it easy to cut into squares.
- Slice and Serve: Remove the set mixture from the pan using the parchment paper, slice into 12 to 16 squares, and serve as a festive treat.
