Instructions

- Mix the Seasoning: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing thoroughly to create a well-balanced flavor coating.
- Season the Chicken: Drizzle the seasoning mixture over the chicken pieces and rub it evenly to cover the surface, ensuring each piece is well seasoned for maximum flavor.
- Add Vegetables and Olives: Arrange the cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, sliced zucchini, and thinly sliced red onion evenly around the chicken in the baking dish.
