Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the casserole.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a baking dish, combine the uncooked rice, chicken broth, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir these ingredients together to evenly distribute the seasonings and oil.
  3. Add Chicken and Vegetables: Stir in the cooked chicken pieces, cherry tomatoes, and sliced olives into the rice mixture, ensuring they are well incorporated.
  4. Bake Covered: Cover the baking dish with foil or a lid and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, allowing the rice to cook thoroughly and absorb the flavors.
  5. Add Feta and Continue Baking: After 35 minutes, remove the cover, sprinkle the feta cheese evenly over the top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes to melt the cheese and finish cooking.
