- 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients until they are well combined into a uniform dough.
- Form Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten each ball to form cookie shapes.
- Bake: Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown, indicating they are cooked through.

Notes
- For a no-bake version, chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour and skip the baking step.
- To add crunch, incorporate chopped nuts such as walnuts or almonds into the dough.
- Use maple syrup as a vegan-friendly sweetener alternative to honey.
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
