Maple Chicken Beef Sliders are deliciously sweet and savory mini sandwiches featuring juicy beef patties and tender, crispy chicken pieces glazed with a flavorful maple soy sauce. Perfectly balanced with a hint of garlic and pepper, these sliders are ideal for parties, game days, or a fun family dinner.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 6 sliders

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb boneless chicken breast or thighs

Sliders

  • 6 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage

Sauce & Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Form beef patties: Shape the ground beef into small slider-sized patties and season both sides evenly with garlic powder and black pepper to build flavor.
  2. Cook beef patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the beef patties for approximately 3–4 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked and have a nice sear.
  3. Cook chicken: In the same skillet, cook the boneless chicken pieces until they turn golden brown and are cooked through, which should take about 6-8 minutes. Once cooked, slice chicken into small pieces suitable for sliders.
  4. Prepare maple glaze: In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup and soy sauce, stirring well to create a sweet-savory glaze.
  5. Glaze the chicken: Toss the sliced cooked chicken lightly in the maple-soy glaze to coat the pieces evenly and infuse them with flavor.
  6. Toast buns: Lightly toast the slider buns in a dry pan or toaster just until warm and slightly crisp to enhance texture.
  7. Assemble sliders: Spread mayonnaise and mustard evenly on the insides of each toasted bun. Place one beef patty and a portion of the maple-glazed chicken on each bottom bun half.
  8. Add greens and serve: Top the meat with shredded lettuce or cabbage for freshness, then cover with the bun tops. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Add pickles or cheese slices to the sliders for extra flavor and texture.
  • For a spicy twist, substitute the mayo with a spicy mayonnaise or add a dash of hot sauce.
