Ingredients
1 cup Nutella
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition.
Stir in Nutella until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually fold into the wet mixture.
Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing the top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
