Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, add all ingredients.
- Mix Thoroughly: Stir until everything is well combined and a sticky dough forms.
- Chill Mixture: Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to make rolling easier.
- Form Balls: Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Store: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- If the mixture is too dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or nut butter.
- Swap chocolate chips for dried fruit, coconut flakes, or seeds.
- For nut-free bites, use sunflower seed butter.
