Ingredients
1 recipe or 12 oz store‑bought pizza dough
2 Tbsp olive oil (for pan)
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning, divided
½ tsp salt
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500 °F (260 °C). Lightly brush a rimmed baking sheet with olive oil.
Roll or stretch dough on a floured surface into a rectangle roughly 14×10 inches; transfer to the oiled sheet and press to shape.
Combine melted butter, garlic, and ½ tsp Italian seasoning; spread evenly over dough.
Sprinkle salt, mozzarella, and Parmesan over the top. Finish with remaining Italian seasoning.
Bake for 10 min, until cheese is melted and golden; let rest 1–2 min, then slice into ~18 breadsticks.
