Ingredients
1 lb (≈450 g) lean ground turkey
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)
4 cups cauliflower florets (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup chicken broth (or water)
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
Season ground turkey with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Add turkey and cook 5–7 minutes, breaking up lumps, until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to skillet; once melted, stir in garlic and onion. Sauté 2–3 minutes until onion becomes translucent and garlic is fragrant.
Add thyme and cauliflower florets. Pour in chicken broth, then cover skillet and cook 5–7 minutes, stirring halfway, until cauliflower is tender.
Return turkey to skillet. Stir to combine with cauliflower mixture, cooking 1–2 minutes to blend flavors.
Sprinkle Parmesan over the mixture, gently tossing so it melts into the dish. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
