Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels for better searing.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add chicken to the skillet in a single layer. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Reduce heat to medium and stir in minced garlic. Cook for 1–2 minutes without letting the garlic brown.
Add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, stirring until fully melted and the chicken is well coated.
Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
