Ingredients
Yogurt Base
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
- ½ cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ¼ cup chopped nuts or granola
Instructions
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the yogurt from sticking and to make it easier to lift the bark once frozen.
- Mix yogurt base: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
- Spread yogurt mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly to about ¼-inch thickness using a spatula.
- Add toppings: Sprinkle the fresh berries and chopped nuts or granola evenly over the yogurt layer, then gently press them into the surface to ensure they adhere well.
- Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the yogurt bark to freeze completely for 2 to 3 hours until solid.
- Break and serve: Once fully frozen, remove from the freezer and break the bark into pieces. Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe container.
Notes
- Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 1 month to maintain freshness.
- For variation, try adding chocolate chips or shredded coconut on top before freezing.
