Ingredients
Cucumber Snowflakes:
- 1 large cucumber, sliced ¼ inch thick
Herbed Cream Cheese:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp dill + 1 tsp chives, chopped
- ¼ tsp lemon zest
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, herbs, zest, and salt. Combine softened cream cheese with chopped dill, chives, lemon zest, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut cucumber slices with snowflake cookie cutter. Use a snowflake-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes from the cucumber slices.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on top. Place a dollop of the herbed cream cheese mixture on each cucumber snowflake.
