Quesadilla Base

Instructions
- Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until fully combined and slightly frothy for fluffy scrambled eggs.
- Scramble the Eggs: Heat the butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently scramble by stirring frequently. Cook until eggs are just set but still moist, then remove from the pan to prevent overcooking.
- Prepare the Skillet for Quesadilla: Wipe the skillet clean with a paper towel to remove any egg residue. Place one flour tortilla in the skillet over medium heat to warm and crisp it slightly.
- Assemble the Quesadilla: Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla. Layer the scrambled eggs and cooked breakfast meat (if using) on top. Then sprinkle the remaining cheese over the filling. Top with the second tortilla to complete the quesadilla.
- Cook the Quesadilla: Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on one side until golden brown and the cheese starts to melt. Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook the other side for another 2 to 3 minutes until golden and the cheese is fully melted.
- Serve: Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and slice into wedges. Serve immediately with optional toppings like salsa, avocado, sour cream, or hot sauce for added flavor and creaminess.
