Ingredients

Egg Roll Filling

  • 4 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 ripe bananas, halved
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips or hazelnut spread

Instructions

  1. Prepare the wrappers: Lay each egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface, ready for filling.
  2. Add filling: Spread a small amount of chocolate chips or hazelnut spread in the center of the wrapper. Place half a banana on top of the chocolate.
  3. Roll the egg rolls: Roll the wrapper tightly around the banana and chocolate filling, folding in the edges and sealing the roll with a little water to prevent it from opening during cooking.
  4. Oil the rolls: Lightly brush or spray the outside of each egg roll with oil to promote crispiness and golden color when cooking.
  5. Air fry the rolls: Place the rolls in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook at 370 °F (190 °C) for 6–8 minutes until the egg rolls are golden and crispy.
