Instructions
- Combine Dry Ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of popcorn, 1 cup of pretzels, and 1/2 cup of peanuts. Gently toss the mixture to blend all the components evenly.
- Melt Chocolates. Separately melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler, stirring frequently to avoid burning. Ensure both chocolates are smooth and fully melted.
- Coat the Snack Mix. Pour the melted chocolate and white chocolate evenly over the popcorn, pretzel, and peanut mixture. Toss gently but thoroughly to ensure every piece is coated with chocolate.
- Add Holiday Candies. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of holiday candies over the coated mix, folding them in lightly to distribute them without breaking the candies.
- Set the Mix. Spread the chocolate-coated snack mix evenly onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Allow it to cool and set at room temperature or in a cool place until the chocolate hardens.
