1/2 cup crispy chow mein noodles

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Dressing:

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh grated ginger
