Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (or cilantro)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Season chicken slices with salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium‑high heat. Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter, garlic, and remaining Italian seasoning. Cook for about 1 minute until garlic is fragrant.
Return chicken to the skillet and toss in the garlic‑butter sauce for 1–2 minutes.
Warm tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
Divide chicken evenly among tortillas. Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and parsley.
Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to seal.
Optional step: place wraps seam‑side down in the skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes to crisp and melt cheese.
