Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the dip.
- Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, combine shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, finely chopped chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, and milk. Stir well until the mixture is fully blended and creamy.
- Prepare the baking dish: Spread the cheese mixture evenly into an oven-safe baking dish to ensure it melts uniformly.
- Bake the dip: Place the dish into the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and the dip is hot throughout.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and top with optional green onions, cilantro, or sliced jalapeños if desired. Serve the dip warm alongside chips or tortillas for dipping.

- Can also be prepared in a skillet or slow cooker if preferred.
