Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
4 large flour tortillas
¼ cup butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: sliced pickles for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef in olive oil until browned, about 7–8 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and remove from heat to cool slightly.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Set aside.
Lay tortillas flat. Spread beef mixture evenly, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella.
Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush tops generously with garlic butter.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
Let cool slightly. Slice into pinwheels if desired. Garnish with pickles and serve warm.
