A creamy, cheesy chicken bake bursting with bold buffalo and ranch flavors—perfect for spice lovers and quick comfort meals.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Chicken Mixture

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Additional Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked pasta or rice
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s ready when your dish is prepared.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir everything together until well incorporated.
  3. Add Pasta or Rice: Fold in the cooked pasta or rice to the chicken mixture, ensuring even distribution.
  4. Prepare Baking Dish: Lightly grease a baking dish to prevent sticking, then transfer the chicken and pasta/rice mixture into it, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  7. Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let the casserole cool slightly for a few minutes before serving to allow it to set and be easier to serve.

Notes

  • You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to control the level of spice to your liking.
  • Adding chopped celery or green onions will provide extra texture and freshness to the dish.
