Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add cooked barley, frozen banana, frozen berries, Greek yogurt, milk or almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using) into a blender.
- Blend Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until thick and smooth, adding more milk if necessary to reach desired consistency.
- Assemble Bowl: Pour the thick smoothie mixture into a bowl.
