- Coat the chicken: Dip each chicken tender into the beaten egg, then dredge it thoroughly in the almond flour mixture, ensuring it is fully covered for a crispy crust.
- Arrange and spray: Place the coated chicken tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Lightly spray them with olive oil to promote browning and crispiness during baking.
- Bake the tenders: Bake the chicken tenders in the preheated oven for 20–22 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cook time to ensure even browning and that they are cooked through.
