  • Total Time: 2 hours 50 minutes
  • Yield: 10 servings

Ingredients

For the Dough:

1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast

¼ cup warm water

2 teaspoons sugar

¾ cup milk

¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup oil

2 tablespoons minced garlic

4 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 ½ teaspoon salt

For the Garlic Butter:

2 tablespoons minced garlic

5 tablespoons butter

2 teaspoons parsley

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.

Add flour, milk, yogurt, minced garlic, oil, baking powder, and salt. Mix using a dough hook until a soft dough forms.

Knead on a floured surface for 3 minutes, then transfer to a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Divide dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each into a ball and flatten to fit your air fryer basket.

Place dough into the air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil. Cook at 370°F for 6 minutes, then flip and cook another 3 minutes.

Melt butter in a small bowl, then stir in garlic and parsley.

Brush garlic butter over warm naan before serving.
