2 large chicken breasts
1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crispiness)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375 °F (190 °C) for about 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix breadcrumbs, everything bagel seasoning, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs until fully beaten.
Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Dip each breast into the eggs, allowing excess to drip off, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Place the coated chicken breasts in a single layer (not overlapping) into the air fryer. Cook for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C).
Remove and let rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain juices.
