4.3 from 30 reviews

Crispy and flavorful air fryer corn ribs, seasoned with paprika and garlic powder, perfect as a fun and easy side dish with a zesty lime finish.

  • Total Time: 22 mins
  • Yield: 2–3 servings

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 ears corn
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the corn: Carefully cut each ear of corn lengthwise into quarters to create rib-like sections.
  2. Season the corn ribs: Place the corn ribs in a bowl and toss them evenly with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Air fry the corn ribs: Arrange the corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the corn is tender and slightly charred on the edges.
  4. Serve: Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.

Notes

  • Try sprinkling parmesan cheese or chili powder over the corn ribs before air frying for extra flavor.
  • Use fresh corn for best results with a tender bite.
  • Adjust seasoning according to taste to balance the smoky and savory flavors.
