- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken and veggies: Toss the cubed chicken breast and, if using, the diced bell pepper and onion with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Assemble the kabobs: Thread the seasoned chicken cubes and vegetables onto skewers. If you do not have skewers, you can place the pieces directly into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the kabobs: Place the skewers or basket into the air fryer and cook at 380 °F (190 °C) for 12 to 14 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
- Check for doneness and serve: Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C) for safe consumption. Serve the kabobs warm with your favorite sauce or side.

- Marinate the chicken overnight with the seasonings for a deeper, more intense flavor.
- These kabobs pair wonderfully with tzatziki sauce, BBQ sauce, or peanut sauce for added taste.
